We worked with a licensed immigration attorney to draft and review every script Zyrama uses. The agent's job is intake — collecting facts and scheduling — not the practice of law. Recordings are encrypted at rest, access-logged, and deleted on the schedule you specify in your DPA.

What lawyers ask before they sign.

Will it sound robotic to my clients?

No — and the demo number on this page is the proof. Most callers do not realize they're speaking to an AI on the first call. We tune cadence, latency, and disfluencies per firm; you can also choose to disclose AI explicitly at hello if your bar prefers it.

Is this UPL-compliant?

Yes. Zyrama performs intake only — collecting facts and scheduling — and routes every legal question to a licensed attorney on your team. Scripts are written and reviewed by an immigration attorney. We are happy to walk your supervising attorney through the guardrails before you sign.

What happens to call recordings? Are they confidential?

Recordings are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored only on infrastructure covered by our DPA. Access is access-logged and limited to named personnel. Default retention is 90 days; you can choose 30, 60, 90, or custom. Recordings are never used to train third-party models.

How long does setup take?

Seven business days from signed MSA to live on a parallel number. Number porting (if you'd like to forward your existing line) typically completes inside the first 30 days; we run a parallel number until porting clears.

What if it can't handle a call?

You set the escalation rules. Common configurations: warm-transfer to a paralegal during business hours, voicemail with same-day callback after hours, or hard handoff for any call mentioning a specific keyword (court date, arrest, ICE). Every escalation is logged.
