Information we collect

We act as a data processor for the law firms that use our service. When you interact with our AI voice agents, we collect:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, phone number, and caller ID data.
  • Communication Data: Audio recordings of the phone call and text-based transcripts.
  • Intake Information: Specific details provided during the call related to immigration case inquiries and scheduling preferences.

How we use your information

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate client intake and scheduling for the specific law firm you contacted. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for our own marketing. Most importantly, we strictly prohibit the use of your audio data, transcripts, or personal information to train any Artificial Intelligence models.

Call recordings

Call recordings and transcripts are processed with strict security protocols to protect attorney-client privilege and sensitive immigration status details:

  • Encryption: All audio data is encrypted in transit using TLS protocols.
  • Access Controls: Audio files and transcripts are pushed directly to the designated law firm's CRM. Our internal staff does not listen to or manually review call recordings unless explicitly requested by the law firm for technical support.
  • Data Deletion: Call recordings and transcripts are automatically purged from our operational servers 30 days after the call is completed.

Third-party services

We utilize enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure to operate our services. We require these vendors to adhere to strict data privacy standards and have opted out of data sharing for AI model training across all platforms. Our subprocessors include:

  • Twilio: Telephony routing and SMS messaging.
  • Vapi: Voice AI orchestration and latency management.
  • Docketwise: Secure transfer of intake data into the law firm's immigration CRM.
  • Google Calendar: Checking availability and booking consultation appointments.
  • Resend: Delivery of automated email notifications.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California under the CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because we process this data on behalf of your law firm, all requests for data deletion or access must be directed to the specific law firm you contacted. We will comply immediately with any deletion directives issued by the law firm.
