Service description
Zyrama provides AI-powered voice agents designed to handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for law firms. We provide the telecommunications infrastructure, AI orchestration, and software integrations required to route call data into your designated CRM.
Not legal advice
Zyrama is a technology company, not a law firm. Our AI agents are programmed strictly for administrative intake and scheduling. They do not provide legal advice, interpretations, or recommendations. The use of our service does not create an attorney-client relationship between Zyrama and your callers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI complies with your state bar's ethical rules regarding the unauthorized practice of law and client communication.
Payment & cancellation
Services are billed via a non-refundable one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer. The monthly retainer includes a fixed allocation of minutes. Overage minutes are billed automatically at the end of the billing cycle at a rate of $0.50 per minute. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused minutes.
Limitation of liability
Voice AI is an emerging technology subject to latency, third-party API outages, and transcription errors. Zyrama is not liable for lost revenue, lost clients, or legal damages resulting from dropped calls, AI hallucinations, or missed appointments. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of this service is limited to the total amount you paid to Zyrama in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
